Description
Piers Courage driving a Lotus-Ford 41 having a quick spin during the FIA European International F3 Challenge at Brands Hatch. The event pitched teams of three to represent their country. Piers finished the final in 2nd place behind Chris Irwin. There were some seriously talented drivers at this event including Jackie Ickx, Jean-Pierre Beltoise, Ernesto Brambilla, Jean-Pierre Jassaud, Brian Hart, Andrea de Adamich, Kurt Ahrens and Peter Gethin. All would make a name for themselves in years to come.
